Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: May 16, 2026 · Last updated: May 16, 2026
The short version

This page tells you what you can't do on cmykink.io, in our forms, or with any tool we offer. The short version: don't break the law, don't hurt people, don't mess with the site, don't upload other people's work as your own. If you do, we remove the content and may ban you. If it's illegal, we report it.

01 Who this covers

This policy applies to anyone who visits cmykink.io, uses our forms, submits content to us, comments on anything we publish, or interacts with any tool, portal, or service we offer.

02 What you can't do

Illegal content

  • Anything that violates US federal law, Arizona state law, or the law of the jurisdiction you're sending it from.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. No warnings, no removal in silence. This is the one zero-tolerance rule.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, mass violence, or imminent harm.
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Stolen credentials, financial data, or personal information.

Harassment and harm

  • Harassing, threatening, or stalking any person.
  • Hate speech directed at people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status.
  • Doxxing — publishing private information about someone without their consent.
  • Impersonating another person, business, or entity.
  • Defamatory content.

Site abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the site or our infrastructure.
  • Disrupting, attacking, or interfering with the site's operation.
  • Scraping or copying substantial portions of the site or its content.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojans.
  • Misusing forms or communication channels: spam, mass-automated submissions, deceptive contact attempts.
  • Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.

AI and automated use

  • Using cmykink.io content to train, fine-tune, or build a machine learning model without our written permission.
  • Operating bots, scrapers, or crawlers on the site without our written permission, except for well-behaved search engine indexing.

03 What happens if you violate this policy

Depending on severity: we remove the content, restrict or block your access, terminate any ongoing project relationship, pursue legal remedies, or report you to law enforcement. For CSAM specifically: we report immediately. No warnings.

04 Reporting violations

Email hello@cmykink.io with the subject line "Acceptable Use." Tell us what you saw, where, and when. For copyright-specific takedown requests, see Policy 08.

05 Our discretion

We decide what counts as a violation, in good faith. We try to be reasonable. Borderline cases get the benefit of the doubt; clear violations don't.

06 Updates

New abuse patterns emerge; we update this policy to match. Material additions get flagged on the site.

§ Questions about this policy
